Root cause identified. Temporary fix implemented.
Investigating permanent, scalable fix using AKS. Once determined, the scheduled maintenance window and subsequent updates will be posted here.
We apologize for the extended outage. This is not in line with PBD's service goals or ideals.
Additional preventative measures are being put in place and additional resources will be allocated to improve the availability and resiliency of the PBD API.
